For residential systems, the payback period is approximately 4–6 years; for commercial systems, 3–5 years; and for industrial projects, 2.5–4 years. Since solar panels have a lifespan of 25–30 years, the remaining period becomes pure savings.
Almost every solid roof structure is suitable — including tile roofs, sandwich panels, trapezoidal sheets, and concrete terraces. During the initial inspection, we provide a free analysis of the load bearing structure, orientation, and shading conditions.
According to current regulations, unlicensed electricity generation is possible up to the capacity of the transformer you are connected to (typically up to 5 MW). We manage the entire application process, from the call letter to the connection agreement.
Tier-1 panels come with a standard 12 year product warranty and a 25 year linear performance warranty. We also provide a 10 year warranty for inverters and a 2 year Solemar workmanship warranty for installation services.
Panel cleaning and visual inspection once or twice a year are usually sufficient. All our systems are equipped with remote monitoring; you can access production data through a mobile application.
